DAL - MIA: Hopping on to MIA was great! Keep an eye on the loads, they fill up quick.
MIA station is comfortable and bright and GoRental desk was welcoming and had our requested car ready to go with bottles of water and hand sanitizer.
From MIA to Key Largo is an easy drive and takes apx.1 hr. (Travel time does vary due to one lane roads and traffic on the bridges) Just relax, you're on Island Time now.
Do your research for the drive down to the keys. There are lots of places to eat and visit along the way.

ID90Travel has several great options for Key Largo and all of the other keys down to Key West. This just depends on what you are wanting to include in your trip and how long you plan to stay. Make sure and add places to your "Watch List"on ID90Travel, the prices do go up and down at times.
With ID90Travel we splurged and picked 2 nights at Bungalows Key Largo. This is an All-Inclusive, All Adult Resort, so it is a little more $$ but the food and drinks were all included and we knew we wanted to make the best of the short time we had here. This resort was PERFECTION! with 3 restaurants, huge Living Room Lounge, cool Hemingway Bar and fantastic sunsets. No need to go anywhere else.
Lots of options for excursions and other activities (additional charge): Sunset cruises, snorkeling, fishing, swimming with dolphins, etc.
If your lucky you might get to see a Manatee!
